Luke has been involved in the cleaning industry since he accomplished his first commercial carpet cleaning job at 14 years old. He continued cleaning part-time until he embraced this fully in 2007 when he moved and opened a small local janitorial service in the Alliston area. It grew rapidly and then amalgamated with Superior Maintenance Service in 2018. Now with 26 years of experience, his goal has not changed: To continue to offer high-end janitorial and window cleaning services coupled with elite-level customer service and communication.

Luke enjoys, more than anything spending time with his wife and kids, as well as playing and creating music with friends. In his spare time, he likes to follow professional baseball and basketball as well as all things to do with electronics.

Doug was born in a small village north of Parry Sound, ON, on the shores of Georgian Bay in 1961. As one of 7 children living in rural Ontario, he learned at an early age a strong work ethic along with a spirit of pulling together as a community.

In 1982 he married a girl from Alliston, Carmeta, now his wife, for 40 years, and moved to this small town. In the Spring of 1986, he bought Superior Maintenance Service, which was established as the first janitorial company in the area in 1961.

Since then, and recently with the support of family, Luke and Anson, the company has grown by leaps and bounds.

The commitment to family and community has proven to be the formula for success in work and in play.

Doug has enjoyed, along with Anson and Luke, accomplishing many fulfilling years as a local musician. His passion for this pastime again exposes his northern roots: honesty, commitment, and gratification in a satisfied audience/customer. These are the same principles he has brought to and built Superior Maintenance Service over many decades.

Anson was born and raised right here in Alliston and has worked along with his parents in the family business since he could walk. He is always happy to do a good job and take extra care of the cleaning needs of his neighbors. Having spent his formative years learning to clean windows and eavestroughs for a variety of cottages and residential buildings north of Barrie, he gained valuable experience through a wide range of challenging scenarios. Always giving priority to safety and customer satisfaction. Now with 20+ years of experience cleaning from Toronto to Muskoka, along with his wife and two kids, Anson is looking to provide a reliable service for his surrounding community as Alliston and his family continue to grow. He is dedicated to working hard and has diligent communication with his clients, making sure each job is done the Superior way. The aim is to be the Gold standard in cleaning for New Tecumseth.
